It's Thursday and Coleman and I are catching up. He did a great job this morning giving himself a bed bath. I can tell today that in slight ways his nauseousness is dropping. I think it will take some time, but he has made more movements today that he couldn't before. We were agreeing that a week ago, he couldn't have done what he did this morning. It's great when he can recognize that.
I'm keeping a close watch on his leg and arm movement looking for improvement.
Tomorrow is the blood draw in home and I am thinking positively that he'll be ready and won't feel too much pain.
I had a long day on a shoot yesterday and it looked like Jeff and Coleman had a good guy day yesterday.
Spen is on his way home with his grandparents. They went to a tropical animal "habitat" and my mom said it smelled damp and moldy and unfortunately Spen started coughing again and hasn't stopped. They cut their trip short and I so hope he's not back to square one with the non stop coughing. It really does reinforce in my mind that so much of the brunt of this illness is mold exposure. We have work to do, not only to get them both completely well but to get their immune systems strong.
Here's to another day of getting stronger!
