I had to ask Jeff this morning what day it was. I'm sure the days and weeks really run together for Coleman. I woke before the sun today determined to make the most of the early hours to make good on my promise to Coleman to find a doc.
Today I have spoken with infectious disease at MCV, pediatrics, a doc outside of Philly, a doc in Florida, and two new docs in Richmond and our family friend doc. All in an effort to make some kind of head way. Before the day had gotten too far, I heard from our nurse. She was talking with a friend about a conference and mentioned us. Her friend told her about a man in Richmond who "does physical finding with the Zytos that even Zytos can't do."
We did a remote session with him via a palm pad and the internet this evening for about two hours. Because today was a particularly rough day for Coleman, we had to all be patient and just pray that he could get through it. He did and we have some homeopathic meds that can't hurt him but are designed to help regenerate and rejuvenate his body in preparation for the meds he will probably need.
His finding were in agreement with the nurse's and if you support this type of bioenergetic screening, you would find Lyme's, Bartonella, Clostridia, Candida, Strep and lots of other things. Both he and the nurse cited the vaccinations Coleman got in September. Now if you're one of my granola friends, you're saying "That's awesome that the body can tell you so much, without being invasive " and if you're one of my MD friends, you are rolling your eyes saying "Oh this girl is nuts." Since I went through my illness 13 years ago I have gained great respect for both medicines and homeopathic medicines. I have found that a combination of both can frequently help realign our bodies.
In theory we should see a change for the good by Sunday and we have until at least the middle of next week when our Lyme's/Bartonella test results return to try this out. Regardless of which route we take, we need the conclusive blood test results to confirm and plan the protocol.
I know it sounds like I make these scripture references up and claim I read them on particular days, but again I promise when I read these verses this morning, I had a feeling of peace. It was forced peace like the kind you swallow in a tablespoon covered with honey, but peace none the less.
Friends when life gets really difficult,
don't jump to the conclusion the God isn't on the job.
Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced.
This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner. - I peter 4
So at the end of the day I hadn't really found a new doc, but connected with some old ones and found a man who isn't a doc but works to restore health in difficult cases like ours. I had also found just a homeopathic drop of peace.
