A Good Weekend

That's what we had here. The instant summer weather around here drew us outside some and it seems great for Coleman to be outside when he can. He jumped three more times on the trampoline today and can't get enough. Such a good workout for his legs.

He also ate some fresh strawberries and some other home cooked food. I'm happy to get some nutrition back in and we've started to move away from wheat in his diet and that's a tough one for anybody, but especially so if your diet is already limited.

Coleman just told me that this whole illness has been so tough for him and that nobody really knows. He says it has changed his life and scarred him. When he says things like this I am reminded just how much he has been through and how none of it has missed him. I do wish I could take some of it off of him because it's a heavy load for a young man, which is what he has become through this.

This big weekend has taken it out of us and we're going to shut it down.
